Conflux không bán, không chia sẻ dữ liệu cho bên thứ ba ngoài các nhà cung cấp cần thiết để chạy dịch vụ: Supabase (cơ sở dữ liệu), Vercel (máy chủ), Google Gemini và Groq (mô hình AI), Resend (email), Dodo Payments (thanh toán), và các kênh chat bạn nối.
Khách nhắn cho bot là khách của bạn. Bạn là bên kiểm soát dữ liệu đó; Conflux xử lý thay bạn. Bạn có trách nhiệm thông báo cho khách theo luật áp dụng với mình.
Hội thoại và báo cáo giữ 30 ngày hiển thị, tối đa 12 tháng lưu trữ. Mạch trò chuyện 24 giờ. Xoá tài khoản thì mọi dữ liệu của tài khoản đó bị xoá trong 30 ngày, trừ chứng từ thanh toán phải giữ theo luật kế toán.
Dữ liệu truyền qua HTTPS. Cơ sở dữ liệu bật kiểm soát truy cập theo hàng; trình duyệt không đọc thẳng cơ sở dữ liệu. Key AI hệ thống có trần chi tiêu ngày và công tắc tắt khẩn. Webhook kênh xác thực bằng chữ ký hoặc secret riêng từng tiệm.

Phone numbers and emails in messages are replaced with placeholders before storage and before being sent to AI models. AI providers never receive the real numbers. Booking tickets are unmasked so your staff can call the customer back.
Only you (the shop owner) through the dashboard, and Conflux servers to operate the service. Conflux operators only look at data to fix an incident or when you ask for support. Conflux does not sell or share data with third parties beyond the providers needed to run the service: Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Google Gemini and Groq (AI models), Resend (email), Dodo Payments (payments), and the chat channels you connect.
People who message your bot are your customers. You are the controller of that data; Conflux processes it on your behalf. You are responsible for informing your customers as required by the law that applies to you.
Conversations and reports are shown for 30 days and stored up to 12 months. Conversation memory lasts 24 hours. Deleting your account deletes its data within 30 days, except payment records kept as required by accounting law.
Data travels over HTTPS. The database enforces row-level access; browsers never read the database directly. The platform AI key has a daily spend cap and an emergency kill switch. Channel webhooks are verified by signature or a per-shop secret.
